Rahim speaks on the Federal Accountability Act in Parliament

In his first speech before the House of Commons in the 39th Parliament, Rahim took the opportunity to thank his constituents for their continued faith and confidence expressed on January 23rd when he was returned for a fourth term as the federal representative for Edmonton-Strathcona.
Rahim rose to address the new Conservative government's Federal Accountability Act. He spoke at length about the important measures included in this bill that will help to change to culture of corruption in Ottawa and to usher in a new culture of accountability.
